I mean do you still have the pair up your nose (forgot what they're called)?

Re: Watcha doing today?
Today was a good day; got lots done. Spent this morning ferreting out the mysterious bubble Queen gif, then got out the solar lights for the pondhouse, took out the heron statues, put some new decoy ducks in the pond with a bunch of babies waiting to be attached, rescued one waterlily which had fallen to the bottom of the pond, ran the gatorcam ALL the way over to the far side of the pond after I remembered to re-charged the gator boat this time!, took care of measurements to get the deck of my lawnmower swapped out with an older but much better replacement, planted 3 packets of Lupine seeds, more weeding and border edging done, cut the grass for the first time this year, drove almost an hour and talked to a financial guru re retirement purposes with mrsbrokensword, came home and had leftover pizza and vegan ice cream with the mrs while watching the final episode of Capaldi's Dr. Who, season 10. We watch this show from the 1 to 10 each year because we're now die hard New Whoovians! Then I get to come visit the forum and respond to all the funny posts and great new pond pics you've shared! So yep, good day!
Re: Watcha doing today?

Re: Watcha doing today?
REALLY, now! Ifn ya would take yer nose outta the choc box once in a while, you'd SEE how busy I be whilst mopping up after all the traffic messing up yer halls!!!
That said, ain't I due for a PHD soon? Can ya get Dime to actually stop hitting the snooze on his alarm more often??? I KNOW them koi saddles don't need THAT much polishin'!!
But yeah, spring is the best time for me to get the majority of the garden ship shape as I don't like doing it when the temps go over 80; mosquitoes and humidity come right along with it! Then, I'll weed in the shade and follow that around during the day. Right now though, still working out the mower deck welding situation; talked to my guy today and I get the distinct impression he'd rather not (he welds as a sideline part of managing his caster wheel store, so this is not a main thing and he's just showing (maybe?) loyalty to all the years I've been using him to fix my mowers re welding issues. I dunno, I got it now so he's doing less and I'm doing a lot more, but the problem is, I CAN'T be down once I start this as I have NO backup. And I have to cut up the current, still working deck' to do this. Should have done this before the season started, but didn't know it was as problematic as it's turning out to be. I have one other source, to maybe get this welded and will call tomorrow to see.
Put up the solar chimes in the pondhouse earlier, some of the statuary, and almost ready for 'show'. Oh, did I mention? Someone needed a source for pond plants, lives near me (from MI FB) and I offered to give some of my extras. So, maybe a new recruit if I do this right!!!
Re: Watcha doing today?
That's a bummer that the guy doesn't want to fix your mower. Hope the other guy will be able to help you or looks like you will be forking out some of your hard earned coins to get another one. Gotta have a mower and some use of it cold be to get the royal grounds perked up as you said @Dimelius our dear squire has been sleeping on the job. He has been busy w/the plants and fish in the moat tho so giving him credit for thatbrokensword wrote: ↑Wed May 11, 2022 2:13 amREALLY, now! Re: Watcha doing today?
Lunch break yay finally
I love this time a year, when it's warm but not too warm.
Last night after dinner, hubby and I took a walk around the yard, even though there's still so much we want to do, I felt overwhelmed by the beauty that's already there, and the inspirational thoughts of future projects...I feel so blessed

I'll never have enough time to get caught up on here that's why I'm always the last one to know things
Also I need to figure out the icons for read post, new post etc I thought purple fish = new post and yellow fish= no new posts, but then the red fish I don't know and when all change directions on me what does that mean?

I always just first go to Board Index and click on the new posts and keep going back there to see them all. I don't know of any easy way to view all new posts other than thatGemma wrote: ↑Tue May 17, 2022 5:58 pm I'll never have enough time to get caught up on here that's why I'm always the last one to know things
