Looks all nice and Christmasy! Don't know what the lines are. Maybe reflections of some sort? @brokensword deals w/cams so maybe he knows. Not sure on the Honeysuckle.

I'm thinking it's light reflecting from the light on the garage. The 'lines' that I see, behind the greenhouse, are trees. The other 'lines?' beneath the closer light by the small tree? Can't tell, but I'm betting it's a consequence of taking a picture in the dark, either a longish exposure (my best guess) or just reflections proper. Either way, looks nice, @Gemma ! I really can't even SEE a Tinkerbell...

they all look very nice, but I've always been leery of honeysuckle; too many horror stories about it taking over. That said, if you keep it isolated, shouldn't be bad.

Thank you @brokensword you are right on the trees behind the greenhouse and I figured out the lines under the small tree (Tinkerbelle Lilac), they only appear to be under the tree but in reality they are the shoots on the top of the mini crab off the deck, right where I was standing...mystery solved!

That is the reason why I don't already own one!
...but,I read that only the Japanese varieties are invasive, not those of the Sempervires family, and they are easy to tell apart cause the invasive kinds don't have the round collar leaf before the bud cluster...so I'm thinking I should give it a try ...how long do you think before we'll be able to tell for sure?

PS Am I disrupting your game? I can post about this in the garden section :-P

Game? GAME? This is life or death stuff, ya know! Keeping lil miss Royal on her toes means I have less chores added to my list, don'tcha know!! No problemo posting here OR there; and you might side-track said Royal long enough for me to change out the Godiva locks again...sigh, my work is never done...

How long before we can tell for sure what? Whether you'll eventually be cocooned within a honeysuckle tangle? Ah, that sounds like a trap question; I'll defer to @SarahT or @rubyduby on that!! Don't go askin' j.w -- she'll only nod her head yes!

heh heh

Btw, you ever finish that soufflé lil Queenie @j.w was askin' fer?

:-P

did your screw come completely loose? MOPPPPPPPPPPPINNNGGG now belongs to @Gemma , remember???? Sheesh!

annnnnnd my chores ARE done, don'tcha know? You think I'd have time to peruse the security cams for all yer wrongdoings otherwise???? Of course, that HAS taken up more time lately as it IS on MY chore list! Catching varmints that wanna steal the ridin' koi or other valuables seems to be more a problem than in the past! I blame the Mopper/ChiefChef fer dis too, btw; ya never shoulda let her outta that white room let alone for hours on end! At least she's cleanin' up her own dirty tracks in the hall now...

Souffle? What souffle?
That kitty has been coming to my door each night and I give him certain types of fishy flavored gummy's that send him into nighty nite zone. He won't be bothering me anymore!
You have chores of mopping out the latrines! @Gemma only is doing the kitchens and dining areas. You get all the dirty jobs!
I never locked her in the white room! You locked yourself in there and thought she was in there. Had to call the men in the white coats to let you out and give you your pills to help bring you back to sanity again Kingy Boy.
You never seem to remember your episodes tho. Got to get you more help w/stronger meds!
