Lemon juice is on standby always in my fridge. Use it for seafood too and hubby uses it to gargle w/along w/honey and whatever so he doesn't lose his voice while on his treatment for MAC so it does not go to waste just sitting there waiting for me to get a stone. Knock on a rock, I hope to never get another one tho!

yep, been feeling pretty good since Tuesday, though can still feel the 'knot' in my lower back. Nothing I do re work (or even weeding) seems to bother it. Had a slip and fall today as I began climbing my plank ramp (to the truck, for the mower; grass was wet and I guess, so were my shoes!) and skinned my arm on the road and my leg hit the ramp. After an hour, it swelled up and I limped the rest of the day, but even that didn't hurt the back! So, this getting old stuff is 'getting old'!

heh heh

Glad you're feeling better and hope you can avoid further 'accidents' going forward! Feeling it too, as time goes by...!

@Gemma I'm stealing the cry guy but making him smaller for me.
I had to use the 2nd site I sent you in the other post as the 1st one messed up the animation.
